Jim Enguita - President

Jason Enguita - Vice President / Estimator
Born and raised in Pinellas County, Jason graduated from Seminole High School and The University of South Florida. Jason obtained his Registered Builder’s License in 2010 and has almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He enjoys working with his hands and watching each project evolve before his eyes. Jason and his wife, Bonnie, stay busy raising their two children in St. Petersburg and enjoy everything the amazing city has to offer.

Jordan Enguita - Project Foreman
As the baby brother of the Enguita brood, Jordan was known to take apart electronics and appliances, figuring out what made them function and tinkering with their workings. Falling into the family business was a natural transition. Jordan's responsibilities include on-site management and project completion. As a new homeowner, Jordan's free time resembles much of his time on the clock- carefully renovating his 1950's home in St. Petersburg.
Bonnie Clark Enguita - Designer
Known for transforming her childhood bedroom and meticulously decorating her dollhouse, Bonnie's eye for design trends started early. After years of renovating her own homes and working alongside Jason on projects, 2020 saw her officially added to the team. When Bonnie isn't assisting clients with design selections or managing Enguita Construction's social media pages, you can find her juggling her two most demanding projects: she and Jason's children. Bonnie has a Bachelor's Degree in Arts & Science from the University of South Florida and is a proud Pinellas County native.

Michelle Jennings - Office Manager
Michelle truly wears many hats! Her responsibilities extend beyond simply overseeing office operations. Along with handling incoming projects and scheduling estimates, she also takes charge of ordering selections, managing timelines, processing invoices, and fostering client relationships. Outside of her role as assistant extraordinaire, you can find Michelle caring for her beloved dog, Goober, and cat Khila. An avid animal lover, Michelle has dedicated her love and free time to advocating for the care and support of animals in Pinellas County and everywhere. She is also a Notary Republic, ordained minister, and a St. Pete native. Is there anything Michelle can't do?

About Us
In 2001 after being in the construction industry for over 25 years, Jim Enguita founded All HomePro Construction. About 11 years later, All HomePro Construction became Enguita Construction, as it is known today. Jim was taught the importance of hard work at a very young age. With his exceptional work ethic and his focus on providing the highest quality work possible, Jim worked to grow the company and make a name for himself in the Tampa Bay area.

In 2007, Jason Enguita graduated from The University of South Florida, obtained his Registered Builder’s License and joined his father as a partner in the family business. Jason, who had worked with his father every summer since childhood had a natural eye for detail and an intense desire to satisfy each and every customer. When Jason joined the company, the two partners, naturally began to grow and stake their claim in the residential kitchen and bath marketplace in Tampa Bay. They also began to focus more of their efforts on commercial build outs and remodeling.
